About Us
Syratots Early Learning Center is a high quality multicultural and multi-ability program. We operate 24 hours each day and are open 7 days per week. We are located on the northside of Syracuse and close to the bus route. We accept DSS and other government, school, or employer subsidies. We provide all nutritional meals and snacks and cater to the likes of children. We offer a variety of activities and programming. Syratots Early Learning Center offers a positive, welcoming and friendly environment that guides children by nurturing, giving, caring and having staff that are positive influential role models.

Syratots is committed to providing a positive and stimulating environment that is warm and inviting for children to develop at their own pace. Children enjoy enhancing their social, emotional, intellectual, cognitive, and motor skills while building confidence and self-esteem.
Vision
Syratots vision is that every child gains the skills and tools that they need for a lifetime of learning.
Philosophy
Children learn through play and socialization. Children learn about themselves, others, and the world around them through play. Play is a child’s fundamental, natural response to their environment. . Play allows children to use their creativity while developing their imagination, dexterity, and physical, cognitive, and emotional strength. Play is important to healthy brain development. It is through play that children at a very early age engage and interact in the world around them.
